Great scriptwriting, you tell the story well with the dialogue. I liked the angles used; you could have used a little more close ups for the 'intimate' part of the conversation, but this is just me being nitpicky.
There's only two major things I noticed that I would have done differently:
1) Adjust your exposure manually, because when the camera was pointed at the window, it was really underexposed.
2) The end of the conversation was a little abrupt.
