  • @themarcelatanaka - Hi Marcela! You should absolutely stretch your legs but this workout is only a Warm Up. In exercise, stretching must always come after your workout - never before unless it's dynamic stretching. That is the reason, stretching was not included in this clip. Thanks for watching!
