If you try some well made meat-free food you'll most probably be surprised by how much MORE flavour it contains that a meat based meal. I'm a vegetarian and as an example I can say that my family and friends all prefer meat-free scotch eggs and sausages because they are more flavoursome. You probably enjoy meat because whoever is cooking it has cooked it well, try and find a good vegan cook, you'll change your mind.

@mommadsporch I was actually referring to 'Quorn Mini Scotch Eggs' which you can buy from any supermarket in the UK. But upon googling it there are many really great recipes out there, I think I'm going to try one that uses a beetroot mixture instead of the meat. Google Beetroot scotch eggs and you'll find the recipe, it leaves a wonderful beet colour surrounding the egg! :]
