this is a very long video, and the quality is a bit shot. Would someone be so kind as to just tell me what time the actual fight between the lions and hyena takes place? I'd really appreciate it.
Let rottys ignorant comment stand ..just so others can see that its people like rotty that are ignorant and try to cause problems when there is no problem.
To Rotty ..this is called LIFE IN THE BUSH.. It is just the way it is. Maybe you could learn something if you go on the live safari drives held at Wiildearth.tv.
Rotty you are a very sad case of ignorance, rather say nothing than make such a fool of yourself. I also take extreme exception to your racist comments which also show you are a person of low class, no breeding or manners. If this were my page I would remove your ignorant, racist comment.
Thank you to muttluver for taking the time to capture and edit this happening it is a rare sighting one you mostly see on National geo wild.
@muttluver Im hearing these were unknown Lions, where were the Majingis when this happend ? I'd think they wouldn't be too pleased with these Lions in their area.
@rotty, the first 3 letters of your name just about sum up what you have written. Lions very rarely eat hyena that they kill, they leave their bodies as a warning to other hyenas. Nkorho don't need to bait for lions, they have enough lions that visit there anyway, and I don't think they have any guides from Nigeria :)
rotty77, You apparently know NOTHING about Safaris, Lions or Hyenas. Lions kill hyenas all the time and DON'T eat them. They don't kill them for a food source but to remove competition. How in the World would the rangers set up a kill like this? Do you think they stock hyenas and toss them off the vehicles when lions are about? And as far as Africam goes, they only have a cam there and NO Guides/Rangers. Get educated please.
@rotty77 Baited kill ? No... Im just about the biggest Hyena fan there is and I know this scenerio all too well. A Hyena was in the area, saw that something was hunting and was hoping to perhaps get a free meal or possibly catch a Buff calf for itself and the Lions saw it. Being eternal enemies the Lions unfortunetly killed the Hyena, I've seen this happen more than I'd like to admit since the Hyena is my favourite animal.
@rotty77 The Ranger vehicles were trailing the lions, as they always do when lions come through the area. Usually nothing noteworthy happens. This time, something happened.
What are the lights at the bottom? since 5:57
