New York Pizza is not pizza at all. It's damn good, but not what these gentlemen were making. If you haven"t eaten pizza from Italy, then don't make claims like "NY pizza's the best on earth." I love pizza, and I have worked in the industry for six years during my early adulthood. I must say that this video has made me long for that great Italian pizza. I'm going to order some New York right now. It won't be the same, but it's delicious nonetheless. Thanks for posting this great video.

While I have been to Europe (Germany, Poland, Russia) I have never eaten pizza in Italy. I've had what is marketed as 'authentic' itailan pizza. "Punch" pizza,in Wayzata, MN (Meryl Strepp described as the most authenic italian pizza she has eaten in the states). It is what I said it is. Crust heavy, sauce and topping light and burnt.
