  • Lovely Phill, and played with a very wonderfully-delicate touch.

  • @robertmazzo Thanks for that!

  • This is very emotional, really Y.Y

    I love this :)

  • Thank you!

  • did Dvorak write this when he was in America? It doesn't sound quite like his other pieces.

  • Yes - he wrote it in 1893 in New York - the last piece he wrote in America. It was a movement of his violin sonatina written for his children to play but the 'Indican Canzonetta' title was added later by his publishers as an aid to marketing!

  • I would play the piano like you.

  • That's kind - maybe you should aim to play better than me!

  • HEYyy...i have searched this song for a long time....i didn't remember the song's name.....but....where can I found it to download it??..............and........YOU PLAYED SOOO GREAT!!!!!!!.....Congratulations!!!

  • Thank you for your kind comment. I will send you a message about where you can download the sheet music.

  • This is indeed a very good transcription which widen the solo-piano repertoire. Beautifully played also. Thanks.

  • Thank you. Of Dvorak's solo piano pieces, only the 'Humoresque' is well known - and even that is best known in arrangements for other instruments!
