Does the holster came very late day because my mom bought me a holster at november 6 and that was friday and today is november 21 and my mom contact them 2 time and frist time she contact them in the 12th and a second time was the 18th and they haven't anwer her back so have you contact them and they anwers back to you so reply to me back and what do u have to say

I agree about the hole being on the bottom. The holes on the side don't help when you're taking your iPhone out. But if it had the hole on the bottom you can easily take hold of your phone.
