Well, he thanked Science instead of God, which means he's not religious; science could have a multitude of definitions, and even if it doesn't fit perfectly, he was probably saying it merely to point out he wasn't religious.

Then either you forgot to save the version of the level with vertical scroll enabled, or Goron50 somehow broke the ROMhack.
