TT~TT Sorry to hear that!

But if I could offer any advice, I found something that really helps. They're called bumpers, and they keep the metal from tearing up your gums too much. So if you just recently got your braces, I'd definitely suggest them. But if you're already comfortable with them, then it'd probably just throw you off a bit.
