That idea came from Colin Macrae years ago and the first prototype modular car he built was the R4 which with little time could be changed to compete in a different event!!

@miguelgoverno Shortcar started in 2000 with the prototype.

And had the first race in 2001.

Colin McRae started planning the R4 during the latter half of 2003.

And was approved in 2007.

So the guys behind the Norwegian car "Shortcar" was first.
