If you're using a DSLR, How do you get it to look so good in 360p? I have tried rendering out in H.264 1080p with usually 12mbps. Are your upload files usually large?
@kev550D well i am not the video maker, but as well as i know twixtor can do this effect with after effects ,and for the rendering you can render it uncompressed 'you will get a big file like 10gb and maybe higher" then use a program called Handbrake he will do all the compression stuff and with this software you can choose the file size "small=bad quality"
@kev550D Sorry for the delayed response. We shoot on a canon t2i rebel. I bring that into AE and drop it done to 720 and do my effects and color grades. Then when I'm ready for youtube I render it out with basic h.264 settings and upload it. Our most recent vid is 4 min long n was a gig, but it hold all the color info pretty well. It looks good at 360p because it looks good at 720 ya kno?
It's speed ramps done inside after effects using the time remapping feature
