Ah-ha-ha-ha-ha! TV takes all sorts of liberties with emergency medical techniques, and Baywatch was among the worst since nearly every episode featured a patient who receives CPR and then gets up and walks away after thanking the EMT. But this scene is BEYOND RIDICULOUS. Her lungs and upper airway would be filled with water, there'd be no blowing air in without clearing that first. And there's no way she'd just cough and sputter for a moment and then get right back to the dialogue. STUPID.
