I went to a fish farm (where they caught these land-walking fish that have infiltrated the farm) and saw then repeatedly hammer away at the fish's skull with a sledge hammer(I kid you not) till the poor creature starts having seizures and it's skull splits.. the fish kept moving well after 4hours on dry land.. then we cooked it and ate it...

This is sad. Chinese people are well known for having good food, but they dont know how to treat fish well so that it tastes better. The fish on the video is no more delicious. Its muscle moves, consumes ATPs and produce lactic acid. So it now tastes sour.

After catching a fish, you have to kill it soon by damaging its brain and spine, so that no ATPs are consumed. If ATPs are well reserved, they later change into amino acid which taste better.
