You're right, she does rush through that second part .... I also had this on VHS ... I did it every day for a month, and it made an incredible difference for me :)

but since stopping months ago, I have noticed a HUGE change. I have gained weight and my muscles are much softer. There's pockets of fat I am noticing, I never really had that before, I was tight, long, lean and had great tone. Now, I've gotten a bit marshmallowy I feel, and I've lost a lot of my tone all from stopping pilates. So, it's back to Mari Winsor for me! It's worth buying the videos, trust me.

1x a day for 1 hr almost every day of the week for ~6 months and I lost weight, got nice muscles (tight/sexy butt, ripped abs, slimmer legs), phenomenal posture (I was really conscious when walking - felt like a model), my LOW BACK PAIN had disappeared. I eat healthy for the most part of my diet, but sugar is my weakness, so I cut down almost entirely on desert and...voila! People started asking me if I work out, cuz I looked great :)
I was never fat, but had gained ~15lb soon after reaching 30
so I was sayin', after reaching 30 my metabolism had slowed down but my sugar intake didn't :D And I wasn't working out at all. Couple of pounds later I realized that if I am not doing something I might become really fat in the next years. That's how I purchased my pilates dvd and become a fan. Today workout is part of my life...doing different things though, keeping results up. Good luck to you!
Wow sounds great! Yeah, im not really that overweight either, actually im normal weight but i would like to get a better posture and better abs. I hate jogging and walking so I love pilates and aerobic. :D
yeah, I work out 7 days a week for an hour every time, I do this and another Pilates DVD. I have only been doing it for about 2 months. I have had good results. It's the only thing that works for me because lunges don't.
I like this pilates the best my friends swore i had bitt implants after like 2 months of this... it make it easier to move on to yoga too

i can't breathe while i m doing it
why?
it's painful while doing it and i don't feel a think after a day. ususally sit ups make my stomach hurt when even laugh.
