The only "gimmick" is that there are 5 coins. At 29 seconds in you can see how he's got a coin back palmed, and that's how does the transept.

@Spades1167 you cannot use regualr coins to say the least. and when i found out you dont get these special coins with the order, i was mad as fuck. and guess what? i went to the site where they sell the coins. it was 500 hundred dollars. THATS RIGHT 500 AMERICAN DOLLARS

Those are (unless I'm mistaken) Morgan silver dollars...you can get them at a local coin/antique shop but mind you they are a bit expensive due to their rarity and the fact that the price of silver is a bit high.
