Those challenges were hard, but I figured out that the best way to catch the chest was do whatever the chest did. And I loved the expression on Rayman's face when I finally got the gem. "Oh no you don't! I did all of the work, so this gem is MINE!"

Basically for each of these runs, you'll want to keeping dashing, do not bother with gliding (it'll just slow you down), and try not to think too hard about what to do. Trust your instincts.
