Dr. Turner is a wonderful thinker and speaker too!!!! It would be great if he could be a guest on the Bob Kincaid Show (Bob is the only born liberal southern talk show host---actually he is on the internet only). What a great conversation Bob could have with bell hooks and Bill Turner. He is a wise man and very much devoted to Appalachian "issues."

I read bell hooks all through the 90's....she is one of those people who transformed my thinking. I will have to go out and get her newer works. Does Berea ever hold talks for the public?? (i.e., does bell give public talks?).
