  • What's the temperature of a 'flat-top'? I've never worked with one.

  • @cliffandy a million degrees. ; > Q

  • i tried making chicken and dumplings at home.... they sucked. it was gross...

  • chefs do wash their hands VERY often, how often do they change gloves??? Do they change them every time they thouch a different food?? say raw chicken and then salad??? What I am trying to say is that a VERY well cleaned hand is much healthier than any glove you may have on

  • @Pennaki

I work in an ER, it's amazing how people think clean gloves are actually clean versus washed hands.

  • I've actually had the chicken and dumplings from Dish and they are, to say the least, to die for!

  • Those salmon patties were all filler no thriller. More salmon, less bread crumbs please.

  • @turkeys666 when I was 17 working in a restaurant I washed my hands every time I touched anything other than food.. in one night I probably washed my hands more than 150 times.. what a way to generalize all 17 year old kids working to save some money for a new xbox or COLLEGE

  • All the people worried about gloves- restaurant workers wash their hands constantly. They have some of the cleanest hands around!

  • Guy, nicely done. We just watched your bio last night, what a story. You're a great Dad, how cool is that.

You're original sayings just kill us, funny!

  • Not all chefs cook with gloves, unless they have a deep cut or some other minor skin condition. Usually, its fully cut and trimmed nails.

  • She's one of the first chefs I've seen on this entire series who complies with foodservice sanitation regulations...hair tied back and gloves.

  • If you only knew how NC sanitation codes are you would know that she also knows she's being watched. It's a hard line but the right one.

  • @maxti6 I certainly understand her concern,I have worked in Chicago and it's the same there too, and you're right,it should be that way! I have just been surprised with how many foodworkers nation-wide who apparently don't comply. Thanks!
