I got lost at Effect / Trap Code (4:49). I don't have that Trap Code selection on my menu on CS 4. Good job though. I just can't get past this point in the video.

sorry to hear that Winston...there's a free trial available if you search Google for "Trapcode Particular" and "Trapcode Form", it's the first link that pops up.
