I agree with that suicide is for week selfish people they don't care about the people their affecting. The punishment for cyber bullying someone to suicide is knowing that you caused someone to end their life you have to live with that forever but the suicidee should've confronted the person instead of killing themselves like a pussy
In my opinion if you are constantly bullying then you should get the 5 to 10 year sentence but if you only did it once to that person then no i don't think you should get that sentence.

Saves lives as well.

@rapfreakmaalik Here's what you do. Screw the M16 and use the Type 95. In Black Ops either use the G11 or make sure you have a 4 bar connection and good accuracy.

I think of it like this, cyberbullying leading to suicide is kind of like call of duty. In CoD, if you shoot just one bullet, into the guy, and they jump off a 35 ft ledge, you assisted in their suicide thus giving you the +150 points. Same scenario, if you continuously insult them or put them down to the point where they kill themself, you assisted in their suicide. I don't think that they should be given 5-10 years of jail time, but maybe 1 year of jail time and 24 months of probation.

I had 3 twats cyberbulling me during and before the summer, I have depression, i had it before they started, but they made it worse. I got to the point where I tryed to kill myself (4 times), but i failed (luckily :D), i started cutting (not for aattenition), but i dealt with it by scaring the main twat shitless when i got back to school becuase he had insulted my best freind and me just there, so i punched him and he ran practicly shit himself and he has never spoken to me since :)

I think of it like this, cyberbullying leading to suicide is kind of like call of duty. In CoD, if you shoot just one bullet, into the guy, and they jump off a 35 ft ledge, you assisted in their suicide thus giving you the +150 points. Same scenario, if you continuously insult them or put them down to the point where they kill themself, you assisted in their suicide. I don't think that they should be given 5-10 years of jail time, but maybe 1 year of jail time and 24 months of probation.

I say if it went on for about a month straight and the person killed himself then the bully shouldn't get a jail sentence but beat up by the victim's family with guards around to make sure it doesn't go too far and the bully should have to wake up every morning and have to stare at the picture of the victims dead body so he knows what they did, but then again I'm half full

i live in england and I'm not sure how bad cyberbulling is in america but it is terrible in england cyberbulling is so common in england on social websites like Facebook twitter etc. that it has become the norm. The one good thing that schools are doing is recognising the danger of cyberbulling and are really knuckling down on it, we have regular talks on cyberbulling and how we can prevent it and it is making children take cyberbulling seriously.

I had 3 twats cyberbulling me during and before the summer, I have depression, i had it before they started, but they made it worse. I got to the point where I tryed to kill myself (4 times), but i failed (luckily :D), i started cutting (not for aattenition), but i dealt with it by scaring the main twat shitless when i got back to school becuase he had insulted my best freind and me just there, so i punched him and he ran practicly shit himself and he has never spoken to me since :)

It treuly disgusted me when i watch those teacher flip out videos... it is absolutely appawling to know that their is kids out there who find it ok and funny to try and completely ruin the life of another person. If kids knew how hard teachers worked in order to give those kids an education they may think twice about it... but then again most kids dont give 2 shits about someone who cares about them,, they just want the laughs and views

I think it should be classified on it's own as it's own crime, "Bullying" that is. Then again, back in the day, when someone did you wrong it was go time, duels broke out. We are being bred into a society of mama boys, where someone will be there to hold your hand through rough times, while this is a good way of looking at things, it will always be you who walks down your path. I reckonif you are just saying hurtful comments, and they suicide, then you don't get anything. The crushing guilt that would stay with you for life would be more than enough. However, if you say go kill yourself, and they do, THEN its murder.., and should be charged accordingly.
