There are a lot of shocking videos from Iraq and Afghanistan on youtube where you see unarmed people or fighters being executed after they have dropped their weapons etc., Violations of the Law of the Land, The Hague Convention, UN Charta, Geneva convention, Nuremberg Principles etc. Are these soldiers, since the videos are public, court martialed and are American soldiers properly educated concerning the above mentioned laws?
