he doesn't need signal light because his light is flashing so the cars in front of him should let him pass. i dont even have a driver license and i know the traffic rules

@austinhuang27 You're wrong. They ALWAYS have their top lights flashing. It means they are "on duty". His lane changes are illegal.

@13mordeth sorry i guess its different in Taiwan because i live in LA and that is how it works. Cops only flash when they are in a rush but when they are on duty they dont flash
