This group - Amethystium, came to my attention on a video of Burning Man on You Tube, called Burning Man 2010, Aerial View..... the music took my breath away and made me weep and the visual of Burning Man - Black Rock City, (my personal heaven on Earth) set to the music of Amethystium, it was overwhelming. Check it out... The song on it is called Dream Dance.... simply breathtaking.

Very nice images to accompany this amazing music. I listen to the most brutal, insane heavy metal, but to ignore this side of music would be a travesty. Øystein Ramfjord is an absolute genius at creating the most beautiful, relaxing music known to man.

@ZbKiT Right on, man. I used to listen to mostly metal. I still listen to some metal, but probably about 80% of the music on my iPod is stuff in this style. Some of these metal heads who refuse to listen to anything but metal are really missing out on the absolute beauty that Amethystium and other musicians of this style have to offer. If you haven't already heard Blue Stone, Carbon Based Lifeforms, Conjure One, Delerium and Asura, I would highly recommend them as well.
