  • I have a few questions:

    Did the agency have to provide the API (If so what's a ball park on cost?)

    Does the API do anything in AMS 360 other than pull up the customer file?

    IE: Does the API make a note of the call with a time date stamp in the customer file? Does the API report the CSR that answered the call?
