  • am I the only one who doesn't feel like the woman exaggerated......it's hard when the public doesn't understand ):

  • The P. Is a Absolute BITCH.

  • I'm 100% sure that the P was petting the cat because the bite is on her hand & not on her leg, arm, face, etc. The ONLY thing that I can see, where a cat may "jump & attack" is if she was defending herself by putting her hand near the area of the cat's destination of choice to bite. I agree w/ the D a $5000 charge for a cat bite/hospital bills? I disagree w/ Judge Milian's verdict in charging $900 toward the D's chuckle, but I guess that's what she gets for being manipulative.

  • What a dumb bitch. The judge is even dumber in this case.

  • I feel sorry for the cat that woman is nuts coo coo coo coo

  • Cats don't jump on people and bite them. You have to put your hands near them. Still they'd generally swat with claws. You'd just about have to be holding the cat to get bit. The plaintiff is lying.

  • Nightmares over a catbite?

  • CATS ARE LIKE DOGS their only bad if you let them be bad. YOu have to really earn a cats trust dogs are sluts.

  • if the place was so bad why did she move in in the first place?

  • love the opening shot

  • Give her 3000 bucks just opening the door for every other mental case in the country... I got money that says she did something to antagonize the cat.

  • Good job cat.

  • If she was that traumatized why didn't she leave asap? smdh

  • Lmfao "nightmares the cat is gonna jump on me"

  • Hahahaha I'm Canadian! God bless free health care!! We don't need medical insurance!

  • the plaintiff had to call the cops when she went to er for treatment there was no other choice when you or anyone are bitten by any animal in my state failing to do so can result heavy fines they have to quarantine the animal for ten days i know this as fact my own dog bit me normally i would have do it except he bit me in the face but this lady is has gone way over board she wants alot of money its not fair or right that she make this defendant pay through the nose

  • To be compensated for an injury is reasonable if you prove the source of your injury. Maybe there was more information in the medical reports than was shown here.

To be compensated because now you're terrified of the same event recurring? Not reasonable unless you can prove that someone is deliberately trying to frighten you.

  • Really hate the plantiff .. and really hate that she got 900 dollars for pain and suffering which I personally dont think she was entitled to.. She was just trying to exaggerate everthing.. "I could feel the venom runing through my hand" Come on lady!!

  • i don't nirmally watch these shows but i like this judge. shes tough yes but non biased.

  • cat ladies are always weird. i work in a supermarket so i see a lot of them.

  • I thought you could not sue someone for a cat bite because they are not considered tame and housebroken animals?

  • Oops would have clawed her face up!!

  • I wish that cat would clawed her face up!!

  • I think she just has münchausen syndrome. I don't get the cat bite thing, I've been bitten hundreds of times by cats and nothing has happened, something must be wrong with the cat.

  • Judge Judy would have screamed at the plaintiff for failing to provide any evidence that her "injury" was caused by what she said it was. It's impossible for a layperson to judge that from a photo, and I thought it was pretty unconvincing. The fact that antibiotics were given is no help: if it looks like ANY kind of infection, they're going to treat it as one.

  • Also, going to the ER for a cat bite isn't as stupid as some are saying. Punctures from cat bites ARE that serious - they almost always get horribly infected due to the bacteria deep in the flesh. It spreads in hours & can quickly turn to sepsis(blood poisoning) which is often fatal.

I worked at an animal shelter and if anyone got bitten by a cat they were sent immediately to the doc for heavy duty antibiotics. If it got any worse they would need antibiotic injections and more. Cat bites suck.

  • I think the saddest part is I bet both Mary Poppins and Chuckie Finster here probably both think of themselves as normal and the other as crazy vs. the double dose of lunacy that they make up.

  • LOL @ "the hag was bitten".... ;)

  • We only have the woman's CLAIM it was a bite, if it was a cat bite the teeth upper and lowers puncturing the skin would not be THAT far apart as indicated on her hand, cats have tiny mouths! I bet she got the injury another way.

  • The hag that was bitten...she is soooooooooooooooo jewish

  • as far as I understood so far about this show, the defendant could sue the plaintiff for "Deformation of name" or whatever it's called after what the plaintiff said in the interview about the defendant's rooms o.o

  • @fetishsticrose you adopted a cat that sent you to the hospital? what the hell man people have pitbulls put down because they get a little nip but you get sent to the hospital pumped with fluids and they let the cat live because you adopt it what the hell is this world coming to.

  • I used to have an MG Midget. My neighbor's pet ostrich jumped the fence, approached my car, bent over and sprayed my entire car with diarrhea. Then the ostrich got in the car and bump-started it, driving it through my fence, mangling my car's front end and destroying my fence, The ostrich was drunk. I then sued my neighbor for exposing himself to a dung beetle. I don't need to explain the moral of my story; it speaks for itself. A chimpanzee can dance like a motherfucker.

  • @SpahnRanch1969 God damn it I hate when that happens. But chimps can dance like a mother fucker.

  • @SpahnRanch1969 - impressive.

  • Stupid plaintiff. The cat should have bit her damn face off. She exaggerated the whole story.

  • they're both crazy bitches

  • ACCEPT THE PUNCTURE!!!!! ACCEPT THE PUNCTURE!!!!! ACCEPT THE PUNCTURE!!!!! ACCEPT THE PUNCTURE!!!!! ACCEPT THE PUNCTURE!!!!! ACCEPT THE PUNCTURE!!!!! ACCEPT THE PUNCTURE!!!!! ACCEPT THE PUNCTURE!!!!!

  • I hope her hand is better. I think she overreacted but if my hand was swollen like that I might have too.

  • a $900 chuckle, ouch, silly cat lady

  • The defendant is an idiot for wearing a hat and bringing the cat to court.

  • @Blade10201 The defendant wearing a hat and bringing the cat to court are the very two reasons this video is TOTALLY AWESOME.

  • im proud of living in a country where medical care are for free (payed through our high taxes, taxes in Denmark are between 49% - 55% of your earnings)

  • gods the plantiff is delusional, and phychotic

  • Also, 5:22 is priceless! =D

  • "One of the policemen took me in the den." !

  • liability aside, the plaintiff has a SERIOUS MENTAL ISSUE about so-called injuries, diseases, infections - GET HER IN A HOSPITAL AND OUT OF A COURTROOM

  • wow a littler overeacting on the whining, wimpy plaintiffs part! Holy gawd, what would the court system be like if everyone sued over a cat/dog bite (not a serious one) like this dingus! I can't stand listening to her bellyaching over this! "when I got to the emergency room they said it was extremely serious, I could've died" OMFG, people actually had to wait with serious injuries while this crybaby got treated?! ABSURD! Absolutely LUDICROUS!

  • CAT LADY!

  • Hell I'd take a cat bite for 900 bucks of pain and suffering.

  • LOL! Notice Judge Milian's face during the woman's explanation of her "pain and suffering". She SO thinks it's all ridiculous!XD

  • i should find this crazy lady and throw cats at her xD that'll teach her to lie to get what she wants.

  • i should find this crazy lady and throw cats at her xD that'll teach her to lie to get what she wants.

  • both of these bitches are completely insane.

  • This is bullshit. A cat bite causes pain and suffering? Send every American for some military training and these court cases will reduce drastically.

  • a human bite is much worse then any animal bite...check it out!

    t

  • "One of the policemen was a woman." LOL

  • The p was wound up even before she started talking. I laughed at the way the cat was looking at her when she was saying bad things about the cat. The cat was saying lunch time again?

  • Both of those ladies are nuts... but cat bite CAN become life-threatening. My cat has scratched and bit me many times over the years and if I don't give myself proper first-aid to the deeper wounds, they get quite infected!

  • If the P is so afraid of cats then why was she not going ape shit when the lady walked right by her with the same cat that she was bit by?<(Part 1)You know you are full of shit when the Judge has to throw it out there.

  • Well in my opinion- the defendant is a BIG snob who just think she can treat people the way she want because she has money. If i was God i would order her to live in poverty for the rest of her life and her next life if she has one more.

  • The cat lady is so darn cute, the crazy lady is the plaintiff.

  • obviously she is not if the er filled her up with medicine

  • I'd rather live with the crazy cat lady with the Willy Wonka smile, than that horrible OMGTHEWORLDISENDING woman. If she is so afraid of cats, she shouldn't have moved in. Go live on a mountain somewhere if you don't like animals.

  • I've meet people like the plaintiff... Their view of the whole world is a huge hyperbole and exaggeration of fear and horror.

  • the best thing about this case? 9:39 girl in blue

  • Take a spoonfull of concrete and harden the fuck up!

  • I am sick of you idiots saying i'm trying to be tough, you obviosly don't get my point! This stuid woman thought the cat was injecting venom! She is obviously lying! Yes I have had infections due to bites, but I don't sue people for it, I deal with it by using peroxide, which this idiot woman could have done! BTW we are given tetnus shots as children here, I assume this helps, obviously your vaccination programme does not include this?

  • @MegaSweetness76 Peroxide does not treat infection, sweetheart.

  • @imaginator09 It will help if you use it as soon as possible and keep the wound clean. I don't know what sort of infections you are used to dealing with!

  • Ok her medical issues were no joke! I do believe she could still have pain from it today as well, but nightmares????? That is streching it, and if its true she needs therapy now!!! How would she handle a robery, beating, car crash, you know actual tramatic events.

  • The defendant has no tits.

  • Is this serious? Soo funny! Iv'e been bitten by cats, dogs, rats, lizzards, birds, snakes spiders, centepedes, rabbits, ticks and horses and never had to go to the doctors! She must have a delicate immune system! What a wuss!

  • @MegaSweetness76 Someone's a wuss because they don't have dominion over micro-organisms?

Congratulations on not having been bitten to blood by anything that carried infectious diseases that require treatment, but you act way to tough on the internet, ironically under the nickname "MegaSweetness".

  • @fr0ber You should probably have a look at some of the older comments before you pick on me. Besides that, most people have probably been bitten by a cat and i'm sure none of them felt venom going into their blood stream! I am not trying to be tough, just pointig out that this woman is WAY over estimating her injury. Cats have no venom, do you not see where I am coming from?

  • @MegaSweetness76 You are a dumb ass! She had a bacterial infection caused by the bacteria from the cat's mouth. She is not a wuss did you she her hand? That stuff is no joke it really could have spread to her whole body. Infections can spread if not treated right away. I hate people like you that expect people to just act all tough and ruff and nothing hurts them. Ok superman one day you will find your cryptinite and i hope you lay in a hospital bed screaming in pain!

  • @MrJlo87 I have seen some nasty infections caused by animal bites, this woman just annoyed me as she called the police on a cat, chose to live there when she knew there were cats, and then tried to claim she had PTSD after! I think she was way over the top, thats why i called her a wuss, not because she got an infection.

  • You want to own a pet? Then accept the consequences when something goes wrong. It's that easy.

  • "I am scared to go out at night, a cat might jump on me." LOL LOL , what I am not understanding is how a cat bite causes that kind of damage.

  • The Plaintiff has obviously never had a serious injury or illness if she believes a cat bite was horrendously painful.

  • Good lord. Cat bites are be serious, that's true; I was bitten by one at work and IMMEDIATELY went to the doctor and got a tetanus shot, but that's all I needed. It does seem more serious in her case since it started to get swollen and could very well become cat scratch fever (not fun at all!), but seriously...she could FEEL the venom (I'm sorry, bacteria) traveling up her arm? Still feels the pain to this day? Nightmares!? Dramatic, much?

  • I love your title: "Crazy cat lady vs. hysterical hypochondriac!" LOL

  • @ABALLAM3 If you only knew how long it takes me to come up with these titles... thank you. ;)

  • @ThePeopleCourt

lol i thought the episodes had titles initially

    good job on those !

    and thanx for uploading :D

  • @ThePeopleCourt I can't imagine it took too long to title this one!

  • I'm afraid to go out, thinking a cat will jump on me constantly....BUT, I didn't want to be kicked out of the Cat Lady's house...(Huh?)

  • ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha...ahhhhhhhh!!!!!!

  • Cat nightmares?...I was hit by a car, left leg broken in 7 parts as a result of this accident, 2 surgerys and 22 weeks almost in bed and in my home all day (unable to work) and I don't have nightmares.

  • I've been bitten and scratched by cats, turtles, hamsters, ferrets, guinea pigs, mice, rats, and parakeets. I don't have freaking nightmares about it. What a baby.

  • this didnt seem like justice...

  • The real story: The ER physician was late on his ex-wife's BMW payment and jacked up the treatment on a slight scratch on the hand of an hysterical spinster to make a lil extra cash. And where did the kid in the suit come from? I'm pretty sure that woman has never had sex.

  • Only in the US of A

  • for god sake!!!!!!NIGHTMARES!!!!!??? TERRIFIED TO GO OUT IN CASE A CAT JUMPS ON ME!!!!!!?????UNBeLEAVABLE!!!!these people make me sick,W.T.F is the world coming to?they"re both "not right"a real pair ov" fruit cakes" imagine that as ur landlady ?id def b sleeping with an iron bar under my bed!! my sympathy to the cat!!!wonder if they gave the CAT A TETNUS

  • I would have awarded her for the emergeny bills but wouldn't have given a penny for "pain and suffering"

    Only in America.

  • Cat bites are serious.I have been bitten on the hand by a stray cat that I was feeding...I went to the hospital 3 days later, because it was VERY painful and I got lymph streaks on my arm. The Doctor put me on an I.V. of antibiotics and they tested for rabies and other infections.(then 10 days of antibiotics) Since I told the hospital it was a cat bite , they sent the pound out to get the cat....and they said they were gonna euthanise him! Well I adopted him....he is a loving little guy.

  • @fetishisticrose

Toxoplasmosis is what it is called. And yes, if you wait, it can go right to the bone. VERY dangerous.

  • @ChimaE YES, as the doctor told me., but I forgot what it was called...Thanks For Sharing! Cats tend to bite down as opposed to dog bites ...that are 'crushing' types....cats create deep puncture wounds...and there is no way to flush out the wound, as the Doctor told me...so antibiotics here we come...it sucks, but better safe than sorry.

  • @fetishisticrose Yeah, but have you had nightmares just because of a bite?

  • @SurvivorPoison LOL... she's a little nutty..... exaggerating ...she could have gone to urgent care...I would have , but my insurance does not cover those places....weird

  • @fetishisticrose Firstly, it sucked that you got bitten by the cat to have that happen. However, I will commend you for saving its life.

  • @newstarcadefan Thanks...Frankie(the cat who bit me) has settled in very well and loves to lay behind the monitor of my computer and snooze...whilst listening to videos uploaded by ThePeopleCourt! he he

  • hypochondria is a medical condition. You can browse "anxiety". Actually in most cases, a hypochondriac fails to proof their fears /abnormalities /interpretation of their bodily functions, which made them easy target.

However the cat lady made one to many mistakes with the simple inability to re-check the actuality of the bite-wound, wrong-date eviction note, etc etc.

  • @deestilo It's not called "hypochondria" it's called "hypochondriasis"

  • GIMME A BREAK! I've been bitten/nipped by cats & dogs and have NEVER had it that Serious to where I had to get Medical attention. Just washed it with Soap & Water! VENOM? Uh...Yeah...Okay...what ever you say Mame...Nightmares? Uh...Okay..

  • that smile was quickly wiped off!

  • I LOVE cats, but his cat owner is WHACKO! I was hoping the judge would have awarded her more than the $5000. requested!

  • @Msjanedoe124 Hurray for living in Norway, I have many cats..:)

  • called police on the cats...wat

  • If the cat tries to bite her again, she needs to treat the cat like it's a football and she needs to make a field goal! >:-) Meeee-OW!!!!!

  • The defendant was wearing the freakin' ugliest hat I have EVER seen! That hat was probably a thrift store reject. They couldn't sell it. >:-)

  • @RBell86403 OMG I thought the same thing. They need to have hair and make up for the P's and D's cause some people be walkin in like they robed a bum on the way in.

  • So, she called 911 on the cats? And not right away? She called 911 the following day, after the defendant refused to pay the plaintiff's ER bill. She called the police, and the police took the defendant's side. Doesn't that mean anything to the judge? She had to be on the People's Court because no real court would try the case. (that, and the fact she wanted $5000)

  • @Msjanedoe124 Yeah, it may be cheap, but you gotta wait in line a lot longer and the quality is terrible.

  • I was bitten by my boyfriend's cat on my hand. I won't lie, I have a small scar from the puncture wound, but it HAPPENS.

  • These women are both batshit insane

  • this cat was in the pound..............the defendant had it for a week only..............so this cat is crazy..............believe it or not people SOME cats are crazy lol..............everyone should watch animal hoarding and monsters inside of me on animal planet........there have been some crazy cat stories there.

  • Cats saliva is nearly designed to irritate. They have this little groove in the backs of their canines so that when they bite saliva does go into the wound. So it will irritate someone. Even a cats scratch will, needless to say they paw through litter which has, well, you know what's in cat litter after they use it. I do think she had to either be petting the cat or calling the cat in order for it to jump up and just bite like that. It is on her hand, not her face or leg or arm.

  • $3,000.00.....wow.......I guess she will have to return that Easter bonnet.

  • also: doctors will say it's a big deal because if they treat her it's more money in their pocket.

  • The plaintiff was completely batshit crazy. She needs to seek some help soon, her poor son has to put up with her.

  • Bet you have to get a mental evaluation now before she will rent you a room.

  • wow, i didn't know you could call the police because of a cat!

  • I kept hearing a cuckoo clock through out this video.

  • My gawd, the plaintiff is either on too MUCH medication or needs to BE ON medication! I was a nervous wreck watching her. If I was a cat I'd bite her too.

  • I was bit by a neighbors cat after caring for it with no problems for a week. I was leaving the house and it bit me for no reason, it literally just ran at me by the door and bit me. I had four deep puncture wounds and went to the doctor right away. Although I think the womans pain and suffering claims of nightmares is blown out of proportion, I did spend a long time extremely afraid of cats because the attack was unprovoked. I am a bit more comfortable with cats, but I still am afraid of them.

  • "I'm afraid to go out at night in case that cat jumps on me" - it was a bloody cat bite, get the hell over it. Get off the damn meth and wise up.

  • @youboob6022 Wow...that is just bad...especially with alley cats are not thinkin' about this chick.

  • I would be afraid to live with either lady.

  • I want to punch that D in the face, not cuz I am going by the video, but becuz I have been through this situation. I have been attacked by a Siamese cat that I thought was a good cat, but turned out to be a demon in disguise.

Good lord! When I complained to that motherfucker, he mocked at me. I wish I could have done something about it. I swear to God, if I ever see him again, I will break open his jaw!

  • @Desi4evah not like you got what she got[stating from what you put] calm down just a little cat bite.... get over it.

  • @XterNaLHaX1 No, you're not getting it. This wasn't a just one time deal. I swear to God, I couldn't move about the house freely. This one time I was going upstairs to have a glass of water, since it was winter and my throat was all dried up. I heard a hiss in the dark. I swear I was alarmed. I turned back, and it was sitting right there hissing at me, almost clawed me as I was nearing the kitchen.

  • @XterNaLHaX1 Then this other time I was getting late for work and was trying to wear my shoes in a hurry. The cat was a good 15-20 feet away from me... I sat on the chair by the door, trying to adjust my laces, and it came running towards me, starting hissing again, and growling, and almost attacked me. I even ignored that.

The worst was when I was down with fever and I wanted to go upstairs again to the kitchen, where the medicine cabinet was. This time, it was right outside my door.

  • @XterNaLHaX1 (contd) As I opened the door to step out, all hot and worn out with the fever, this was when it actually pounced at me... That was IT FOR ME! If the cat hated me for whatever reason, or attacked me for whatever reason, it had no right to be around humans. As a full time student and working full time, I only got home to hit the bed. 18 out of 24 hours, I would be in the library. When I complained to that bastard, he made fun of me, and told me I was over-reacting. Son of a bitch!

  • @Desi4evah Siamese are the evilest cats in the world. The second evilest are the Abyssinians.

  • @sauceykat True that!!

  • I'm pretty sure the lady antagonised the cat- forcing it to bite. (Cats will generally not attack unless they have been raised feral).

Either way, the Lady did not deserve the 5000$ but what she got I feel was fair enough.

  • The defendant is dressed very nicely, atleast she didn't show up in jeans. There is nothing at all disrespectful about the hat, if it's fine for church and the Lord...it's totally fine for court.

  • I know some people might think the plaintiff is nuts, but i know someone who had been bitten by a cat badly and the fears is there that another cat will bite you.

  • @1969lindamarie Is that someone you?

  • They are both Fuckin Nuts!!

  • I have a terrible immunity (sorry for the spelling) and i have a loverly little cat but i've been scratched and niped by other cats and i have caught cat scratch fever but never been at risk of my own life... i think the women went wAY over the top.

(i would just like to say my georgie in my profile has never bit, scratched or even been nasty )

  • the plaintiffs face at 2-3 seconds is funny

  • OMG I could not live with the plaintiff. That woman has so many problems. I hope she's on medication b/c she is ridiculous. I'm stressed out just from watching her.

  • The judge never really questioned why the cat bit her in the first place. My guess is that crazy lady was antagonizing the cat or tried to knock it off her lap and got bit for her troubles. Cats don't generally jump up on someone's lap just to bite them. If the judge had drilled her on why the cat bit her, the case might have turned out differently.

  • I am afraid of cats, I got bit, a terrible infection and fever for which I was hospitalized for 1 week when I was little, My parents thought nothing of it till I had major swelling and fever. So I see her concern, and Im still afraid of cats but she was unstable before the bite, the disrespectful attitude of the D is what caused her to wrongfully exagerate the "pain and suffering" They are both a lil nutts! but $3000 should teach mrs. Hoytie toytie Easter hat lady to control her lil furball.

  • that woman HAS NO IDEA WHAT A TROMATIC EXPERIENCE IS STUPI STUPID STUPID WOMAN!!

  • OMG i think that i smy husbands ex LMAO the plantiff looks almost like her and plays the games like her

  • Just like an owner is liable for a dog bite they are also liable for a cat bite!

  • .... my grandma's German Black Forest clock says it best.."dong..cuckoo, cuckoo, cuckoo".

  • I have to wonder if this woman had been getting some kind of IV medication before, which would account for the puncture marks. IV infiltration would cause swelling that might look just like this and would account for what the D saw as a scab. One thing that I have to wonder about ,is there a psycological reason that this womens minor child son does not live with her? Something is so, not right about her.

  • "I'm afraid to go out at night, that a cat will jump on me..."

It won't be a cat that gets you. It'll be an armadillo with red glowing eyes. They've broken through the barriers and are now roaming the city, dragging off little children and finishing them at leisure. Whatever you do, lady, don't look behind you. Whooooooo...

  • lol! what a couple of nuts!

  • Well a cat may well jump on her but I can assure her no man will!

  • @soxbox1 LMAO!!!!!!!!!! Speechless, the hat, the case, Nutters the both of them!

  • @wheezly11 Love this case! As for that hat, the way the crown of it is listing to one side I think it's where the cat sleeps! :)

  • @soxbox1 I think the cat needs to bite her if she goes out like that again!

  • Is the plaintiff wearing that hat for a bet? Or were Goodwill giving out freebies? Please someone tell me she didn't pay good money for it!

  • @soxbox1 Yeah she looks like she was heading out to the horse races, but I guess it beats the hell out of the folks that come to court looking like, "who let your in?" with their boobs hanging out,LOL.

  • @rosey312 I'm with you on that one! I've seen enough low slung breasts with one pointing east and the other pointing west like they#re making a bid for escape to last me a lifetime! I wanna see knockers, I'll take off my bra

  • She had nightmares and afraid to go out at night because she got bit by a cat? She she is definitely exaggerating.

  • HOLY SHIT IM FUCKING GONNA HAVE NIGHT MARES! A freaking cute cuddly kitty playfully jumps on my lap rubs up against me purring and bites my hand :L. There is no way a cat can cause something like that that lady is probally alergic to cats and shes the idiot for staying there

  • 7:23 -- How can you have nightmares constantly if you can't sleep?

  • @WonkaVator72 LOL!!! YOU'RE FUNNY!!!....BUT YOU'RE RIGHT!!! LOL!

  • P's crackers :-/ Why dont you get the ell out of her crib.

  • Ahhhhh ~ "Help, cats are everywhere. They are going to jump me when I go out at night!" What, does she have sardines in her pocket? What a KoOk!

  • @cbond99 LOL!!! YOU'RE FUNNY!!! GOOD ONE!

  • @cbond99 maybe she wears a mouse fur bra!

  • now plaintiff...take that 3000 bucks and go see a shrink because you are one heck of a psycho!
