Very good video naco2k, I never put points into tactics but after watching this I think I'm going to decide on one.
Im surprised at how many points you have in tactics though. It somewhat handicaps you weapon-wise (which is where most of my points go). So far in BP the best defense is a good offense. The NPCs have unbalanced aim, and with players, if you can kill them before they kill you, you're going to win. Outlasting someone never helps.
Thanks for this! I will have get the boost tactic and maybe the u-turn. It's a pity that some of them seem more useful than others but the AI seems to use them pretty well sometimes.
Great tutorial. Tactics are very underrated. Some people prefer to level up skills for engines, weapons and stuff, but you really need at least one point in each tactic available.
@SpydersByte I know. It was still worth mentioning. I beta tested the game almost from the start. I'm just waiting for the official US release to go back to playing. Tired of restarting and my work is obviously done.
@MadeinHell2 Dude I feel your pain..i regestered for this beta back in 2008..then when they changed their main site regiestered AGAIN..and still..no invite... :-(

The only problem that i have with BP is that it disconnects me from the server at random times... I cant even complete miisions thats how bad it is!

Your mechanical, engine, shield and hull levels are higher than your ship level. How can that be?
