Those of you, both gay & straight who are making claims that the appearance of the Sisters doesn't "help"; do yourself a favor and immerse yourselves in some background knowledge of who the Sisters are and what they do as a benevolent group.

They're not JUST men in drag. Find out who they are and what they do to make this world a better place. Once you do that, look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself if you are part of the solution, or part of the problem.

If you can do better, step up.

Thank you guys so much for all the selfless giving, to numerous important causes that you've supported over the years. A boy I had once deeply loved(Bobby Griffith/Prayers for Bobby) and I were once cornered by "Sister Boom Boom" at a public event in the Castro, many years ago! She gave us both a quick lesson in "levity" and fun that I have never forgotten!
