Just trawling through on a casual basis so i don't have precise information to hand. There is a German company that makes fry pans with a solid centimetre of highly conductive alloy as the bottom and comes with a lid. Very energy efficient and no oil required. I keep one at my summer place on the Adriatic sea. I have done chicken legs, pork chops etc for many friends and guests using this utensil and all have been impressed with the results. The chicken legs being particularly delicious.
you can cook chicken in water in cast iron pans. YOu only need a small amount and i tried it and couldn not tell the difference between water and using oil. In fact water produced more tend chicken. DO not mistake this technique with boiling its totally different. the water evaporates quickly. heath the pan up super hot then add little hot water from a kettle. it tasted better than oil cooked chicken. Try my technique and be amazed by oil free cooking
@210482fmj you said you used water instead of oil, but the chicken will stick on the pan, without oil, am I right? or maybe youre using a non stick pan? sorry, just curious coz I also want to eat less oil food.
@210482fmj hi there!!! thanks for the idea. i did it with porkchop and it's great! my hubby kid, and my father really love it!!! now they can eat pork without adding oil, except for it's natural oil... actually it's better than frying it with oil, it's more tender and tastier. Thanks again! :)
I love my Saladmaster, but here's how everyone can afford them. I bought my skillet on ebay for $65, not $600. You can buy only what you need of Saladmaster products without paying $2k, $4k or even $10k from estate sales or from people who get suckered into buying the $10k package then need to sell pcs of it to help pay the $360 mo pmt to Bank of Saladmaster, lol. Good products though.
@boojwahz Lmao....Hahahahaha...No way am I eating this crap. Im sorry but if you dont over do the real stuff it is perfectly fine. I dont care what they say...Lol...

NO professional chef, or restaurant uses this. Use the regular butter and oils humans have used for decades. Just in moderation.

I'd like to know the full ingredient list, and the process used to make it.
It looks terribly unhealthy, in great part because it looks heavily processed.

You can also do it with plain old water instead of oil, just add a cup of water (or half cup) and put the chicken in and let it cook.
