this thing works well, but the only complaint i have is that it wiggles too much. its not built solid like the ones seen on the training video. you can tell the differences by the shape of the handles that theyre not the same unit.

i bought my abb rocket just 2 days ago,its really working i like it and it comes w/ dvd on how to use it and some erobics,and now i have a sore ab but its a good thing cuz i know it is working.the price is ok its about 1,700 pesos ( here in philippines) maybe its about $30? not sure,, but i think you should get one,just make sure you are using it right... good luck...
