Yeah it says on wikipedia that it got cancelled. There's some kind of fight over the last 3 episodes being aired even though they don't give much story away. The director is wanting to explain the rest of the show in a comic book.

I'm really sick of these networks cutting amazing programmes off in their prime. Same happened with Twin Peaks.

I agree Rankokusan, I would most definately buy the comic book but not many would at all. I think the writers/director are pinning their hopes on the fact that PD was essentially 'niche' viewing thus appealled to a more alternative audience who might dig comic books. Sadly, I doubt this is the case. It would be great if they could finish it up in a 1:30 special or in a movie but if they're not getting the last 3 eps shown, how are they going to get a movie funded?!

first saw Lee Pace in The Fall, amazingly brilliant movie. to be honest he didn't struck me as the cute guy, -because i was so blown away by the little girl's character- but then as the movie goes on, i noticed how expressive his eyes were and i just thought, "Whoa, he's good." you actually feel whatever emotions he feels in the movie.

and he's been one of my fave actor ever since. his acting captivated me first, then off course he was undeniably romantic especially in Miss Pettigrew.
