@Jerrevdd1989 I agree it needs some more, and it will have all of it eventually. But even with less I would still have it over anything PC based, because I have had PC's in the past and never had a good experience. And ya can't say its my fault because of the way I use it or something because I had an Ibookg4 that has lasted over 5 years not one problem. But the Ipad could def use an Isight for skype.

There already are lots of tablet PC's buy the time there is a Pc version as good as this Apple will be releasing the next breakthrough.

Most Pc stuff these days seems to be a poor rip off from Apple products but with the strangely low price of this unit will turn the market upside down.

can't wait to get one! display is beautiful. and just like the iphone/ipod touch can replace everything that's about the size of it like a phone, a mini web browser, a clock, mobile gaming device, etc, the ipad does the same thing except it can replace things that's the size of it like books, a bigger normal browser (tho lacking flash, o well, a lot of flash games are going on the app store anyways..), and can be used to take notes in class, a nice movie watcher, and way to share photos, great!

I guarantee that this device will be a success. It is clearly an amazing platform that will continue to advance and become even more powerful as developers create new uses for the device. People love to write negative things about Apple products, especially before they hit the market. I bet we see over 6 million of these sold in the first year. That would be more than double the number of Kindles sold in the last 2 years. I can say that I will buy one, and so will many people I know.

I dont see anyone commenting on how smooth and fast everything is compared to the iphone like scrolling or loading web pages and emails... image the power the apps designed for this thing will have and what you will then be able to do. I'm gonna wait for the 2G when the price might go down a little, there will be a camera, Adobe Flash, maybe even a higher resolution screen, and louder speakers (because if Apple's specs of this device are correct than it only has the speaker capibility of the iPhone or iPod touch)! You should probably wait for the 2G aswell.

dont need 160GB, apps on the ipad only use 2mb - 32mb avg. and there is 1000mb in a GB multiply by 16 you get 16,000 mb, divide by 2 mb = 8000 apps, by 32, 500 apps so you can get any where between 500 - 8000 applications, is that enough?
