Actually no, he isn't. Stan is only in the marvel movies he had a hand in creating for the comics. For example, Stan wasn't in the Punisher movies because he had nothing to do with creating that character.

He wasn't Hugh Hefner in Iron Man. He was only mistaken for Hefner. There was an alternate scene where Stark realizes his mistake and Stan says "That's ok, I get this all the time"
