No law in the IRS Code states individuals must pay income tax exists. Labor (like acting, cleaning toilets, etc.) by individuals is personal property and may not be taxed. Income tax on labor is allegedly the 16 Amendment, but was never Ratified. People have been found innocent of income tax evasion for this reason.  An Honest Judge, knowledgeable jury, and decent lawyer will find you innocent. You'll rarely if ever see this on the controlled mass media. God Bless Snipes for trying.

they didn't arrest him or they do not directly arrest you for not paying taxes but they arrest you for a complimentary reason or another reason then word it in a way in the papers or after to make it seem like that is the reason.
