@firadawas101 It's really good, too. You should try it if you can! The oil instantly seals so all the juices stay inside. It's really moist and truly is the best way.

If you're worried about fat, just peel the skin off of your pieces before you eat them and inject a low-fat marinade. All the oil and fat stays on the skin so getting rid of that gets rid of all the unhealthy bits you may not want. :)
