As david posted it's fake, but you can also usually do your own "fake check" on videos like this. There are a lot of uncertain movements used to make it look more amateur. Like zooming in, pausing (why?), then finishing the zoom, then immediately zooming back out. Who does that? Editors also love to use too much left-right movement of the camera to make it seem more home made. Who rocks back and forth while filming? Finally, also notice where the scene is randomly out of focus. Lots of clues.

Fake all day long. There's no way hammering a nail like that is possible for a human - it requires way too much accuracy to get it so consistent. I hate to sound like these other idiots chanting "FAKE", but it's fake. At least, the nail and ending are. The proper hammer juggle technique has the end of the handle pointing up in the peak of the throw, not the head, so it couldn't hammer the nail like that. Also, when the camera zooms, it's clearly CG. This is probably a german tool commercial, as these videos so often turn out to be.
