  • I will be doing a review of the new Fenix TK11 R5 which has a brighter LED diode soon.

  • Fenix TK11 R2 Torch love it

  • hey these special batterys it takes are they rechargable? or do they lost for a long time?

  • @modelearth Well you can run the flashlight on either 2 CR123A (which is like a camera battery and can be bought in a walgreens or cvs) or 1 18650 which is rechargable, I use this thing many times a week and I can still have it running strong after a month or two of not charging. So the rechargable is the way to go, but you have to buy them online, hope that answered your question.

  • nice review!

  • -how much you payed for it mate?

  • I don't see any major advantage of using flashlights that don't use regular AAA, AA, D, etc cell batteries.

  • so did you ever get it to fit in the 1in mount?

  • what's the price of it?

  • Thanx for the vid, just got mine today it's an awesome light

  • Wow does everybody listens to nutnfancy lmao

  • @lbizzythefire Thanks for the response. - cheers

  • Thank you sir. Wonderful video. I am ordering myself up a TK11 R2 tomorrow. You should take a look at some of the Fenix TK20 videos, great little light if you want to step away from those lithiums. I'm curious are you using an 18650 lithium-ion in that guy? or just two CR123's? Again thank you kindly for the video. Well done. 5 Stars.

  • @slidnsideways Sorry for the late reply, I'm running it on 18650's, I bought them for only (came with two) around 7 dollars for 2 of them.

  • really dont know why they couldnt have given this model some modes. i like strobe.

  • @jefallijay Im sure there are eqivilent flashlights with strobes aswell, however I dont like strobe functions on flashlights. get annoying if you accidently turn them on :)

  • never mind lul. good review.

  • bought myself a surefire G2 to mount on my shotty (real 870:P) and after wanting to carry it everyday(the light of course) I found it kind of a hassle to always mount/unmount for the shotty since I have to clamp it really hard on it because of recoil.

Got this one for everyday now and man its a better flashlight! very powerful, love the finish, the 2 modes and the bezels at the 2 ends for hit stuff or ppl in self defense. For a weaponlight honestly the surefire is lighter so ill keep it at that.

  • I got one of them....i'm so in love w/ it, so powerful and so bright...i purchased 3 of fenix lights and they're all great... tk11 R2, HP10, L2D...best lights out there...any questions ask me....

  • i ordered the Fenix PD30-R4

  • its a must have in your torch collection..

  • I have this exact same light mounted on my M4... completely lights everything up in the sights as if it were daytime.

  • Great Light!

  • Thats a HUGE light for an airsoft gun!!! I like Fenix lights on real guns but would only choose an L or E series light for weight reasons here. TKs would 'maybe' work on a large shotgun?

  • Well my gun is an all metal m4, shoots bout 22rps at 400fps. Ive got my flashlight, foregrip and a reflex sight on it. I out of my room with my gun, my uncle saw me and freaked out cause its looks and feels real.

The light isnt that big though...Last saturday, a guy was there with a 500lumen flashlight (im so glad I wasnt on the recieving end of his light in pitch darkness)

Well they have photos on the fenix website of the tk11 mounted on shotties on their website.

  • Extremely well built, sturdy can take punishment and still work.

I use it often at work.

Great light, high quality, I recommend it.

  • I use mine on a daily basis as well. I'm thinking of purchasing some cheap SuperFires that claim the same brightness but at about 26$....Ill compare them.

  • They do fit in 1" (25mm) mounts - done it myself :)

  • Fits in a 1" scope mount O.o lol. I tried a 1" flashlight mount for a ris rail, but that didnt work. (guess it depends on the mount)
