His immigration reform plans would increase gov size and if the only answer to everything is the free market and capitalism, BP would certainly agree - just leave business alone to handle things themselves. Sorry to have brought up the BP issue - know it is a sensitive subject (with the Randall conspiracy suspicion and all). Big government is part of the problem but not the whole problem.
