@6426524 this is preposterous. The prosecution especially the private prosecutors are bar topnotchers and seasoned litigants. They know the law as much as Cuevas and Miriam, if not more. To simplify, you don't go to a Hawaiian-themed party on coat and tie. The impeachment, being a People's Tribunal, and, as such, is more political than judicial (madali naman intindihin ito) should have liberal and less formal rules; thus, technicalities are do not and should not apply.
