The way her father used her and alexander was just sickening!!! I literally felt sick to my stomach, I can't believe he would do that to his own sweet daughter. I cried a lot when she was turned into a chimera :(

This was definitely the turning point of the series. From this episode on, things begin to get very very dark. Using the dog was just...the wrongest thing you could ever do. And Nina...if she had been an annoying teenage bitch, it would've been fine. But nooo, Nina had to be an adorable, innocent little girl who you couldn't help but love. Usually, the killing of humans in animes doesn't really disturb me unless it's in a horribly gruesome fashion, but this was just...wrong.
