I use to be very heavy so I am speaking from personal experience.
Losing 66 lbs is a huge task, If you took a 6o lb sack of concrete mix and held it for 20 minutes, your arms would get tired. Keep up the good work!!! Stay away from processed foods and spend part of the weekend planning your meals. Get some dumb bells and get some basic workouts done...it can be done!!! Thumbs up to you and Jessica!!!

I'm so glad to hear she's lost almost three hundred pounds! I wish there was a way to take down all the negative videos about her. It's just so sad how she's going to see them someday.
What amazing accomplishment? Nearly eating herself to death? The only reason she lost weight was bc she was forcefully removed from her house and put into an obesity clinic where she was probably given little more than the amount of food needed to survive.
The video was for Jessica, and when she watches, she will know just exactly what I am talking about and all that she went through in order to get where she is at today.
I think it is disgusting how people made fun of this girl. She could have died and people were laughing about it. I saw a video clip of her update though, and a scan of a magazine showing her updated weight loss. I think it is amazing and she has done so much hard work with diet and exercise to lose 320 pounds. First off, you look gorgeous. Second, I'm so glad she's lost weight and has gotten healthier. It totally gives me hope. I think it's fucked up that she's going to see icons, avatars, and video clips of when she was younger and bigger.
she is doing much better. her mom went to classes and works with the doctors to make sure jessie gets what she needs. she's lost almost 300 lbs and she's kept it off for going on a year. she was at my house on sunday and she (jessie) was telling me specifically the portions to give her @ sunday dinner. i'm super proud. :)

I'm so glad to hear she's lost almost three hundred pounds! I wish there was a way to take down all the negative videos about her. It's just so sad how she's going to see them someday.

What amazing accomplishment? Nearly eating herself to death? The only reason she lost weight was bc she was forcefully removed from her house and put into an obesity clinic where she was probably given little more than the amount of food needed to survive.

The video was for Jessica, and when she watches, she will know just exactly what I am talking about and all that she went through in order to get where she is at today.

I think it is disgusting how people made fun of this girl. She could have died and people were laughing about it. I saw a video clip of her update though, and a scan of a magazine showing her updated weight loss. I think it is amazing and she has done so much hard work with diet and exercise to lose 320 pounds. I will try to include the url I saw the magazine scans on in a my next post, but probably wont work as youtube trys and block urls

First off, you look gorgeous. Second, I'm so glad she's lost weight and has gotten healthier. It totally gives me hope. I think it's fucked up that she's going to see icons, avatars, and video clips of when she was younger and bigger.

she is doing much better. her mom went to classes and works with the doctors to make sure jessie gets what she needs. she's lost almost 300 lbs and she's kept it off for going on a year. she was at my house on sunday and she (jessie) was telling me specifically the portions to give her @ sunday dinner. i'm super proud. :)
