Great video, it's so hard training alone, and you made a really great way for visualizing a way to keep pushing hard when you forget just what pulling hard really means.
Btw, the new force analysis you guys are using right now looks amazing, haha I was only in the shawnigan boathouse lobby for a bit, when you guys were there but I got to see the graphs and the coaches talking to you about them.
