Rep Poe, Americans agree with you WHOLEHARDEDLY that all this foreign aid should be CUT. We've been ASKING for this for DECADES. We DO NOT AGREE with giving foreign aid to ISRAEL. They were complicit in 911, their AIPAC strong-arms congress (our reps are SUPPOSED to represent Americans, NOT Israelis! We are in this STUPID war with Gaddafi because of Mr. Lieberman and Israel's DRAGGING OUR MONEY & MILITARY "AGAIN" TO FIGHT THEIR WARS. WE ARE FURIOUS! WE WANT IT STOPPED -- NOW!!!!
Just a thought. Instead of reconsidering which countries should get it, and which shouldn't, wouldn't it also be fruitful to consider instead, or also, what constitutes a valid, or good cause to give and receive it? Should aid be given to a much poorer nation that has been devastated by a natural disaster? I wouldn't be opposed to that. Should aid be given to countries ruled by tyrants? I wouldn't support that. Why reward their abusive behavior toward their people?Those are just 2 examples.
I think that they US should not give any help to the countries that are constantly trashing the USA. If they're going to trash us, then why help them. They should be sanction for a period of time, for example 5 yrs and if they continue to talk trash, then they would never get the help.
I lools like they getting paid to talk trash about the US. And why USA is helping countries that are rich lile, egypt or venezuela that gives out his gasoline like they don't need it?.
EU must stop giving money to countries that hate us, blame us all the time have failed by their governments corrupt and inept, as a citizen of this country i demand that my money as a taxpayer is not used outside the domestic interests of this country... many countries mired in abject poverty, but their president and government are bathed with money who are enemies, ...no more help to hypocrites contries.
