There are animes, but only for the mother games.

the game is only released in Japanese. There's a small chance of being released in English though.

Tales of the World is the big crossover game of the Tales of- series. You make a character of your own to travel through this big new world, meeting with characters from nearly all Tales games. So yes, you might run into Sheena at some point.
