For a limited time, Lucas Films did put out DVD sets with both the special edition and the original 1977-1983 versions for "Starwars", "Empire" and ROTJ. By luck, I was in the right place at the right time and brought all 3 DVD's at once. Look on Ebay or Amazon market place for these DVD's.
