if there was a fight between naruto and dbz, dbz would win. in naruto they die by swords and kunai, but in dbz they get hit with buildings, mountains, and planets and STILL get up to fight!!! the real question is, is dbz, naruto or BLEACH better???
@guiguigui1800 Naruto is a much, much better anime than DBZ, but DBZ would curbstomp the Narutoverse in an actual fight. Also lol that isn't a question either, Bleach would get stomped nearly as badly by DBZ. The ginyu force would be enough.
@interpretop Well for one, it is, only a fool would deny it (as a whole, DBZ isn't that great an anime). Secondly, who are you calling kid? Thirdly, so what? DBZ was certainly influential, but that doesn't prevent Naruto and many other animes derived from it being superior. The plot is better, the characters are deeper, the music is better, the animation is better. I could go on, but I think I've made my point of how wrong you are.

Everything you JUST said was opinionated, and I could make the same arguments about DBZ. Therefore, you'll have to look at the FACTS. That's where the actual idea of DBZ being so influential comes into play.
@interpretop Indeed, FACTS are very important. It is FACT that the animation is superior (check the levels of detail, the fluidity, etc). It is FACT that the storyline of Naruto is deeper than DBZ; this is brutally obvious. It is FACT that there is far more to the Naruto characters than the vast majority of those in DBZ. What I have stated were FACTS; yes opinions are subjective, but Naruto is a more thought-out, intelligent anime; it's superiority is therefore not subjective at all.

I know many people who prefer DBZ's classic and vintage animation compared to today's overly-detailed types. Virtually all animes make over half of the characters completely useless after a certain part. That isn't an argument at all. Finally, it's the recurring FACT that pretty much every idea in Naruto was inspired from DBZ; That's predominant.

Dragonball Z is super epic. In fact, some of the scenes are more epic than Naruto could ever be. But, the characters in Dragonball Z are overpowered. Each time there is a sad death scene, your face remains unchanged, because you just know that they are gonna bring that person back with the dragonballs. It kind of makes them invincible, it loses some charm. But the super saiyan 3 scene was great.
@allacasam well youre right that moment, when ( was it c19?) died, and gohan just goes on super rampage that was totally epic. I agree with ya.
But i think the story from naruto is much better than the story from dbz cause in dbz its always the same : one enemy comes to destroy the world or to destroy son goku e.t.c. and every time there is a final fight between the sayans and the enemy and they kill him. there is nothin new imo.
Thats why i think naruto, naruto shippuuden is better than Db

I watched DBZ when i was like 12+ and later i began to watch naruto. In the end i think naruto is the most epic anime OF DA WORLD
