Noah is the biggest brat of all, and in all seriousness probably a psychopath. But I don't think it was fair for Dr. Phil to call him a liar in the beginning. To me, the definition of "elbowing" someone is hitting them with your elbow. So when he said "My mom elbowed me" that was completely consistent with his initial statement that his mom hit him.
