@Cindykinzzzz Yes being white on paperwork is about being Caucasian so all Caucasian peoples would be considered 'white' by that sense (Arabs, Turks, Persians, people of the Caucuses, Azeris, Armenians, etc.. literal CAUCASIANS), but in the social sense of being WHITE... as in skin pigment... usually it refers to NORTHERN EUROPEANS... we don't really consider Eastern Europeans 'white' in that same sense... it's more of a term for Central/Northern Europeans.. hmmm
