Hey sugar! This who movie was to stop fasting/ hurting our bodies. Yes, fasting is great for your body.. and I felt great while on a fast, but then as soon as you stop fasting you feel so terrible.. I think that's what started me being so concerned with my weight. Feel great, but a women, and know that you are hot. water fasting curbes your cravings way better than juice fasting.
