If this Stillness Experiment is legitimate, why does it follow the layout of pretty much every internet scam (almost as if they were all made by the same company), and why does it avoid questions in the FAQ?

Thank you for this. Life can get hectic, especially between work and my two young children and I rarely ever find the time to meditate and this is a good solution for the busy days to relieve stress and find some peace. If only I can get my wife to join in, she could use it.
