1)Elementary school(cumpulsory)
2)Highschool (compulsory) and Lycaeum or Technichal Lycaeum (optional)
3)Universities and Advanced Technical Institutes(optional)

There were youths there for the thrill.
There were older people, either socially frustrated or driven there by their leftist syndromes.
