  • @crusherstoryteller....your right there are 2 different men with the same name . In all honesty I've found 3 different statues of ares 3 different men in history. But all 3 warriers for there time.

  • ζουν οι θεοι ζουν οι θεοι!!!! αρης αναχ

  • ΤΙ ΒΛΑΚΕΙΕΣ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΑΥΤΕΣ;;;

  • Actually, Ares was the official God in Sparta. The idea of having him in chains was that his manly spirit would never leave the Spartan heart and city. Athens had a statue of Athena with her wings broken for the same reason.

Comes to mention that the cult of Ares in Sparta made of Ares a different character then the view of the god in Athens.

  • @Crusherstorytelling Well, it makes sense that Spartans would chose Ares as their "main" God since they were a city focusing on military and combat. Ares was the god of war (no, not Kratos haha) and Sparta was well-known for their stratigical and battle skills.

  • Μπράβο! - Άρης

  • FUCK ANARCHY

  • HAIL GOD ARES! HE WILL COME HANDY AT THE DAYS AHEAD OF US! MAY THE SPEAR OF ARSE PIERCE OUR FOES! HELLAS!

  • @ShaNagmaImmuru You really belive this shit? Idiot. I try to be open minded, but comon.

  • ridiculous, do you even know Ares?

  • @Yanitsaros

It was tried in parts of Ukraine under the black army but it only ended up being a disguised dictatorship, Nothing can function without direction or a director especially during periods of crisis which is what the Makhnoist learned.

  • @Yanitsaros

    readed....

  • Not all men do.and even thoughs that do alot of them dotn do it anyways but what ever we all have multiple persinalitys or is that just me? rofle

  • If you declare war on the god of war you wil loose NO MATTER WHAT! becasue he is the GOD of war he's the best there is at what he does and what he does is'ent very nice (lol i stole that line form somthing else) besiedes he is a GOD anyways so its not like you can kill him

  • @amartinez97

You beat The god of war by calling his Ex-wife for help

  • 5*****

  • Of course you are... i never met someone who knows more about greek history then you

  • I readed about the Sophists... many people are like them

  • making the sophists ridicules? How?

  • Also a secret of his Personality, its seemed that he was a sarcastic and very funny-mood human

  • I see, but its a nice "declaration" of human love, dont think so?

  • Yes, I know the story about the "Complete Human", an really ugly version (where the souls and bodys of the mens and womens are fusionated) a human with 4 arms, legs etc. and a circle body, then zeus decided to part them, and now the souls try to find together again, something like that

  • Dont forget that Ares is the personification of masculin beeing

  • Where the fuck do you get off saying stuff about me like this

  • This video is very disrespectful to Ares. Even though the ancient Greeks didn't like Ares, they built Temples for him and honored him, and were never disrespectful to him. Athena is a god for generals and officers, Ares is a god for the common soldiers and mercenaries.

  • In Sparta ARES was in chains because Spartans don't want lost Him; He could run away !

  • You think you are funny?

  • @UndyingPrince666 "Mars" differed from his Greek incarnation, He was a "heroic" figure in Rome while Ares was a dark force that you either sought to appease or tried to bargain with.

  • an individual cant be rewarded acording to his talent .cause hes talent develops on other talent who is crushed and we cannot know tha value of his work .Production will be managed to satisfy the need of individuals not for profit of some there is enpough recourses for all .I never said anarchist society weill be perfect but will be better look just spain 1936-1939 ,ukraine 1918 -1921 and many other examples anarchism means self menagment and alternative sturctures of organization

  • why to avoid confrontation they will be unsolved .the real war is class war all other are artificial.propery is made by war and to be garanteed is is politicaly legalized by the state

  • property is the biggest robbery and lie and privilege .state is also a privilege of making laws and making people to obey it. it is also privilege for power and force and it is artificial organ for maitaining the capitalist system, i prefer free organzation and colective property true there are many killers idiots and anarchists who dont know what is anarchy maybe half of them bunch of stupid hooligans but i would never hurt people even a cop destroy property is not violence compared to killing

  • yes anarchism means chaos for burgoise order , and means liberation for the proleteriat. but you promote slavery without being consious and anarchists are socialist my friend stateless socialists and u cant defend government cause we all know why it exists to defend the property of the rich .Ure so brainwashed so u think that freedom is chaos and chaos is freedom,MAN wake up this is chaos people die every second.we fight for better alternative we fight for love for the people not from hate

  • fuck off anarchism isnt chaos

  • the hell it isnt. anarchism is one big foolish human sacrifice to entropy. your use of class rhetoric is not going to make you violate the laws of physics, even if you are certain you are.

  • There are three levels of education.

    1)Elementary school(cumpulsory)

2)Highschool (compulsory) and Lycaeum or Technichal Lycaeum (optional)

    3)Universities and Advanced Technical Institutes(optional)

The schools of the first two levels can be either public(free) or private. But according to the laws Karamanlis revised, the 3rd level insitutions could only be public. There are of course private colleges and educational centers but with limited professional rights for their graduates.

  • What Karamanlis did is pass a law which allows all legal entities to establish 'non profitable' universities(in praxis private), allow existing academic institutions to attract private investors, as well as enforce evaluation upon them and channel the state's funds accordingly.

  • The main source of unrest is the evaluation part, as it will openly reveal:

1)the parasitic role of political youths

2)the abuse and appropriation of funds in the past years

3)the scientific inadequacy of a large part of the faculty, the formation of cliques and the rule of feudal law among its members.

  • That's why all the parties from the left half of the politcal spectrum, whose ideological supporters and members have reigned supreme in public education in the last 27 years fought fiercely against this law and now, alongside political organisations of likeminded students(or more properly employees of those parties) try to block the application of that law

  • What do you mean by limited proffessional right for their graduates?

  • Perhaps I didn't put it correctly. I meant that the state does not concede the same rights in the market for graduates of different types of institutions. Of course, they are closely related with the object of the studies/proffesional training

  • I see. thanks the5thillusion.

  • The looting and the destruction were the outcome of a firmly established notion among the rioteers that the police was going to do absolutely nothing out of fear of being accused of excessive violence thus further fueling the anger of the masses.

Generally, the conscious anarchists(very few) only target banks and public services' buildings, for they consider themselves at war with the state and the banks to be the grand exploiters of the people.

  • Nearly all the rest, as I said, had no sort of ideological motives. And they shouldn't be confused with the more or less peaceful demonstrators that have been protesting in daylight. The only thing binding these heterogenous groups together right now should be their contempt, if not hatred, for the police.

  • And maybe it's time to reinstall the concept of virtue among our values

  • Earlier this evening I was in the old Polytechnic school and here is what I saw:

There were youths there for the thrill.

There were older people, either socially frustrated or driven there by their leftist syndromes.

There were consious anarchists, the smallest group in my estimation. The hooded figures that instigate violence.

And there were a lot of immigrants in the hope of looting.

  • seems like Ares reigns again

  • Hmm... in Sparta they had his statue? but they also fought with Method and strategy, how can they only believed in the God of War?

  • if there'd been a statue of ares at sparta and other greek cities it was but a throwback from earlier times and a matter of cult as ares was a god of war fortune it was always better to have him on your side but the real spirit of this deity and grasp of the values he stood for had long vanished from greece. ares got deconstructed and reinterpreted.

  • reinterpreted? How you mean? he was always the same terrible god of war..

and as i know... many people cursed ares and searched the protection of athena, thats why i didnt understood it with sparta, because the spartans prayed to athenas warfare but also when they started to attack, then ares way of fight would be more better... rage, hatetrett etc. ...

  • first i don't know where you have seen in spartan warfare rage and hatred.second ares was reinterpreted somewhere in the greek dark ages -the homeric warriors still fight in ares' s fashion -separate duels aimed at showing personal virtue while classical age greeks formed orderly rows of robot-like soldiers bent on winning and not personal glory. the triumph of athena over ares meant the ousting of religion and mysterion from war and introduction of outright relentless politics into it

  • you understood me wrong, I think they combine the warfare of athena and ares, because they attacked with strategy and methodius, but fighting with the art of ares... honour and glory was the most important in sparta... or why do you think they never really runned away from the battle? (spartans)

sorry... that with rage hatred etc. was wrong interpretend from myself, but thanks for the information about the dark ages, i dont know much about them

  • barbarian warfare was more about a bloody mysterion where the man was deprived of his self and was enthused with the god of war.while greek warfare was based on discipline and solidarity because the aim of the greek war was political and non religious -defeat the enemy, kill his soldier take his possesssions.

  • "barbarian" warfare is the way of the warrior... fight on yourself, love to fight, bloodlust... it isnt really "barbarian"

Achilles for example believed in Ares but also he was the greatest Warrior!

  • ares was a god of berserkers the difference between hiim and other greek gods actually consists in that -they were the GREEK gods of war as a mechanicized machine disciplined and methodical way of gaining advantage over opponents an extension of society and politics while ares was a primordial god of war conceived of as a religious revelation and communion with the inner truth of man.

  • you mean... different vom athena?

No... Ares was a God like Yanitsaros explain here... he was really an berserker but also he was an warrior

  • excellent yani, your old style of videos again, the ones i love.

    good job!

  • Krrotos did deafeat Ares !!! !!!!!!!

  • The God of Destruction fighted against the God of War? What?

  • Sorry, my mistake, he is the God of Power

  • 5*****
